Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.General
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
Visual references are required. Detailed descriptions, references from other artists, or fursuit photos are acceptable.
I only work in my own art style and will not imitate other artists or specific media styles.
Please review my portfolio before commissioning to ensure my style meets your expectations.You must be at least 18 years old to commission my work

Payment & Refunds
Payment is required before work begins.
A 50/50 payment plan is available upon request (50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval).
Once work has started, refunds are not available.
Cancellations made before work begins will receive a full refund.
Additional fees may apply for rush orders, complex designs, extra revisions, or special requests.Revisions
A sketch will be provided for approval before rendering or animation begins.
Minor changes during the sketch stage are free.
After sketch approval, additional changes may incur extra charges depending on complexity.Delivery
Illustrations typically take between 3–14 days.
Animated commissions may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month or longer depending on complexity.
Clients are welcome to request updates, though there may not be visible progress every day.Rights & Usage
Personal use is included.
Commercial rights are not included unless discussed beforehand.
Credit is appreciated when reposting artwork.
Clients may request their commission remain private (privacy fee)
I retain copyright ownership of all artwork.
My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, datasets, or AI-generated projects.Final Notes
I may showcase commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless privacy is requested beforehand.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
