Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service:General Terms:
- You must be 18+ to commission me. By commissioning, you confirm that you are of legal age and will be held accountable as such.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I deem inappropriate or outside of my expertise.
- Visual references are required for the commission. I can accept highly detailed descriptions, references from other artists, or fursuit images.
- Clients are encouraged to communicate if they are particular about details such as colors, gradients, or markings, as I may take minor artistic liberties to enhance the artwork.Content Restrictions:
I will not create artwork containing:
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Extreme fetishes (e.g., scat, vomit, pedophilia, non-con or any illegal content)
- Political/religious themes, or mechas/armor
- Artwork for NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or AI purposesI will draw:
- Furries and humans
- Fanart
- NSFW
- Soft fetishes
- BackgroundsFor unlisted requests, feel free to discuss them with me.Payment and refunds Terms:
- Payment is accepted through PayPal in USD.
- I will begin work once payment has been made and the order is active. Alternatively, we can arrange a two-part payment plan (50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. I will not continue the work until the second half has been paid).
- After the sketch has been approved, changes will incur a fee that varies based on the complexity of the adjustment (See the Process and Delivery section for more information).
- Cancellation before work begins: If cancellation occurs before work begins, the client will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation after work begins: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client will only receive a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed up to that point.
- If a client requires expedited delivery, an additional charge will apply and will be agreed upon prior to commencing work.Process and Delivery:
- Turnaround time ranges from 3-6 days, though this may extend to 2 weeks depending on health, personal stuff or other commitments. Clients will be kept informed of any significant delays and new progress.
- Clients may inquire about commission progress. Remember that there may not be new progress every day.
- An initial sketch will be sent for approval. Small adjustments (e.g., facial expressions, minor clothing details) are unlimited and free; major changes (e.g., poses, clothing, or colors) are limited to five.Rights and Usage:
Client Rights:
- Client may not reproduce or commercialize the work without the artist’s explicit written consent, except for personal use (on social media, personal websites, etc.) with proper credit to the artist.
- Clients may inquire about progress at any time.
- Clients may request their commission to remain private.Artist Rights:
- I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- I may use commissioned work for my portfolio or promotions unless the client requests otherwise.
- I will not sell or reproduce commissions as NFTs or for AI purposes.Changes to Terms of Service:
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.If you like my art and want to commission me, feel free to contact me!
